Advice From Robert

When I decided to retire from track and field, Robert wished me the best and shared an incredible nugget of his wisdom:

If you can help someone, in any way no matter how much or how little, always help that person, Charbel. Always do something to help if you can. - Robert Weir

I have a letter to send also.

I love the website, and I just called you to let you know that.

Let me know if you want the letter and want me to post it.

Stanford is making a huge mistake by pushing one of the greatest things to it’s track team away. As a current thrower i’ve had a number of amazing experiences with him but most of all he is such an amazing human being that i’ll be losing more than a great coach i’ll be losing a mentor and friend. he’s always encouraged me to strive for greatness and then continually push me to attain it. he will be missed.
